everyday of our lives.
The iOvercome Community is a special part of the iOvercome Mobile App,. A ministry passionate about sharing the love and teachings of Jesus.
I understand personally how tough it can be to struggle with negative behaviours, habits or thoughts. It's hard, especially when you're trying to find guidance in the Bible but you don’t know where to start to tackle that negative behaviour, habits or thoughts. And, also knowing whether to start by praying, affirming the word or applying the word. That's exactly why I thought of the iOvercome Community.
I felt the need for a supportive group of believers, all facing similar challenges in their behaviour, habits and thoughts, where we could explore the Bible together and provide a hub of practical tools and courses to tackle and overcome specific negative behaviours such as pride, anger, lust to name a few, whilst also being able to support each other in overcoming these struggles with faith and love.
Many of us, as followers of Christ, face difficulties with our flesh, our behaviours, our habits and our thoughts. It's a common struggle, and we shouldn't have to face it alone. The iOvercome community is a place where believers can come together, apply the word of God using practical resources to overcome specific negative behaviours, habits and thoughts on a daily basis, lean on the word of God, and find the strength to overcome these challenges. We wanted it to be a safe, welcoming space where honesty, faith and resilience can lead to real change.
